Must:
- Previous L1 / L2 desktop support experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments
- Experience managing users and groups in Microsoft 365
- Exposure to SharePoint administration
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Description
We are a well-established organization looking for a Level 1 / Level 2 IT Support Engineer for a 2-month onsite contract starting on 2nd March in York. This role is situated within a hospice environment, where professionalism, empathy, and a calm, supportive approach are paramount.
