Requirements
Must:

- Valid driver’s license for commuting to our location
Responsibilities
- Administer cloud and on-premises IT systems
- Take ownership of mobile device management (MDM) and telephony
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support incidents
- Provision IT equipment and conduct inductions for new colleagues
- Stay updated with emerging technologies
- Communicate progress of support incidents with colleagues to foster knowledge sharing
- Assist in monitoring systems
- Participate in project work as needed
