Requirements
Must:
- Experience with Microsoft 365, specifically configuration and migration workloads across various customer sizes and complexities
- Capability to assist with on-premises infrastructure challenges, including Security, Active Directory, and Networking
- Comfortable consultancy experience with Microsoft Azure technologies
- Ability to provide technical insights to support the presales process for Sales and Account teams
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Basic networking skills (Meraki and Ubiquiti) or higher
- Familiarity with Microsoft Security products and best practices
- Experience working for a Managed Service Provider
- Mentoring of technical staff
- Active Microsoft certifications relevant to Solutions Partner designations in Modern Workplace, Security, and Infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of technical projects across Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Act as an escalation point for support issues across a broad range of technologies
- Work alongside senior leadership to identify and improve new and existing service offerings
- Keep up to date with Microsoft offerings, products, and certifications
- Assist in presales requirements where appropriate
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both staff and customers as a technical SME
- Regularly commit to attending customer sites and our office in and around London
