Requirements
Must:
- You have experience as a VP of Engineering, CTO, or senior technical leader in a high-growth or Series A-stage company.
- You possess strong Python development skills.
- You have a proven ability to scale cross-functional teams, including data engineering, data science, analytics, and development.
- You have hands-on experience delivering stable, scalable SaaS products that have a measurable customer impact.
- You have experience managing infrastructure partners and external technical relationships.
- You are confident and polite in stakeholder management, capable of challenging senior leaders while maintaining delivery on track.
- You have a track record of leading transformational growth and successfully scaling teams and products.
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills, bridging tech, product, and commercial discussions seamlessly.
- You have a customer-first mindset, focused on building products that retain and delight users.
Responsibilities
- Drive technical execution by delivering and enhancing our architecture, infrastructure, and product roadmap to ensure scalable growth and high-performing solutions.
- Lead the team by mentoring and growing data engineers, scientists, analysts, and developers to foster a high-performing, collaborative culture.
- Ensure delivery and stability, making sure features are delivered on time, are scalable, and are reliable to support long-term customer retention.
- Manage key relationships by owning the infrastructure partner relationship to guarantee uptime, performance, and security.
- Partner with the Chief Product Officer to align on roadmap priorities, balancing strategic vision with day-to-day execution.
- Drive enterprise-grade excellence by embedding best-in-class engineering practices, including agile methodologies, CI/CD, DevOps, and security-first design across teams.
- Champion scalability by building products and systems that can grow globally and support tens of thousands of customers.
