- You should have strong SAP Payroll expertise with over 8 years of functional/technical experience, covering the full design, configuration, and testing of core payroll functions, including wage type creation and complex schema changes.
- A solid understanding of UK and Ireland payroll processes is essential, along with knowledge of SAP HCM Personnel Administration and Time Management (positive and negative).
- You must be confident in recommending process improvements and best-practice optimizations, and have experience delivering high-quality customer support.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors integrations, particularly between EC and SAP ERP and ECP (BiB and PTP), will be beneficial.
- Preferably, you will have exposure to Higher Education environments (HESA, Multiple Employment, Public Sector pensions) and an understanding of S/4HANA touchpoints, BP synchronization, and the ability to debug using ABAP. Certification in one or more SuccessFactors modules is also desirable.

Responsibilities
- As a Senior SAP Payroll Consultant, you will support both Cloud and On-Premise payroll customers while working within our high-performing UK Managed Services team.
- You will deliver expert support and consultancy across our diverse Managed Services portfolio, reporting directly to the HCM Practice Lead.
- Your role will involve a variety of tasks ranging from ad-hoc configuration and process improvements to managing the annual UK/IE payroll patching and handling challenging mini-projects.
- Building trusted relationships with customers will be key, as you offer confident solution recommendations and collaborate closely with other talented SAP SuccessFactors HCM/Payroll consultants.
