Must:
We are looking for a highly experienced Python Developer who has successfully led and managed a team. You should possess deep Python expertise and a proven track record of building scalable, high-performance systems in fast-moving, product-led environments. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern databases is essential. You should be a natural problem-solver and mentor who thrives in collaborative teams, loves shaping tech culture, and is dedicated to delivering real business impact.
Responsibilities
As our Lead Software Developer, you will design and develop scalable Python applications that power our AI-driven marketing platform. This role requires you to architect robust systems and guide our technical roadmap while working cross-functionally to turn strategy into impactful solutions. You will champion engineering excellence by mentoring others, embedding best practices, and driving innovation through clean code, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will also take ownership of key technical decisions and work closely with our CTO, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to bring bold ideas to life and solve meaningful problems.
