Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years experience working with ERP systems in a customer-facing role
- Ability to explain complex systems in a clear and digestible manner
- Strong data analysis skills to identify patterns and opportunities
- Initiative and self-motivation to take action without waiting for direction
- Excellent relationship-building skills to foster trust with customers
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites across the UK
Responsibilities
- Leading onboarding and implementation for new SMB customers, both remotely and on-site
- Delivering engaging training sessions (live, recorded, and in-person)
- Travelling nationwide to build relationships and understand customer workflows
- Analyzing usage data to identify gaps, opportunities, and risks
- Advising customers on smarter workflows and better ERP usage
- Building genuine relationships that enhance customer satisfaction
