Requirements
Must:
- Advanced Excel Power User with proficiency in Macros/VBA
- Strong skills in Data Cleaning & Structuring
- Experience with Python for data analysis (preferred)
- Familiarity with BI & Dashboard tools such as Tableau or Looker (preferred)
- Proven ability in client-facing roles
- Demonstrated execution-driven mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Build sharp, decision-ready reports on business performance and customer activity
- Prepare data and clean lead lists to support the sales team
- Produce reliable commission and billing reports using transaction data
- Automate manual reporting and clean messy data to enhance scalability
- Onboard new customers and ensure proper setup from day one
- Lead trials and client training, guiding customers through their data
- Identify and fix poor-quality data affecting customers success
- Monitor usage data to proactively flag insights to account teams
