Must:
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer with at least 5 years in a client-facing, hands-on role. You should be friendly, professional, and confident when interacting with stakeholders at all levels. A passion for technology and problem-solving is essential, and you must possess a full UK driving license and access to a car. You should also be able and willing to pass an enhanced DBS check. Ideally, you will be based in Windsor, East Berkshire, or a nearby location.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide 2nd and 3rd line support for both Microsoft and Apple environments. Responsibilities include managing and deploying Windows and macOS systems (including using MDM solutions), delivering infrastructure and cloud projects across various environments, and maintaining excellent relationships with our clients through clear communication and proactive support. You will also escalate and resolve complex issues in collaboration with internal teams or vendors as needed.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused Senior IT Support Engineer to join our supportive team, offering the flexibility to work from home after an initial onboarding period. The role is primarily remote, with only one day per week required in the office or on-site.
We serve a diverse portfolio of clients across the UK and Europe and take a friendly, proactive approach to managing IT infrastructure and security. Our package includes a salary of £32,000 - £35,000 per year, 20 days of holiday plus public holidays, a contributory pension scheme, and a generous mileage allowance for client visits. You will be working within a small, flexible company that values growth and support among team members.
