Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 10 years overall experience, including at least 6 years in a relevant domain, industry, or project. You should have successfully delivered and been involved in all elements of 10 full project life cycles on large-scale projects. A broad and deep understanding of ASAP methodology is essential, with certification preferred. You should have experience with multiple full SAP project life cycles, demonstrating end-to-end experience from project initiation to go-live, along with the ability to manage several medium to large projects valued at £2M. Prince 2 certification and/or experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum would be an advantage.
Additionally, we require demonstrable experience in accurate and effective project reporting, both internally and externally. Candidates must have experience deploying SAP solutions across industries such as discrete manufacturing, engineering, process manufacturing, wholesale, and consumer products. You should be skilled in producing high-quality project and bid documentation and conducting quality assurance reviews. It's important to possess the ability to lead and coordinate integrated workshops that involve detail and complexity. A comprehensive understanding of complex contracts to track content regarding costs and benefits in the project will be crucial. Finally, a full UK driving license and a willingness to travel frequently to different UK customer sites is required.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will create, maintain, and develop relationships to sustain client interest and growth. You will be responsible for solving problems through a wide spectrum of knowledge and experience while providing strategic support to help clients with changes and transformations. Your role will involve managing and delivering projects in accordance with defined guidelines and budgets, ensuring high-quality outputs.
You will develop your own knowledge to share with the team and assist with the onboarding, orientation, and training of new employees, actively supporting the team's development. It will be important to give the project team clear inputs regarding project procedures and requirements. You will take responsibility for project planning concerning people, costs, and deadlines while contributing to technical discussions with your integration expertise.
Your focus will also include increasing and escalating sales opportunities to maximize revenue for our organization while leading and supporting the project team as needed.
