Requirements
Must:
- 4 years hands-on penetration testing experience
- Current CRT qualification or aspiration to gain one
- Mastery of various security testing tools
- Strong understanding of current technologies, security threats, and trends
- Familiarity with relevant bodies and security standards
- Ability to articulate vulnerabilities and business risks effectively
- Strong report writing and client presentation skills
- Desire for continuous learning and skill development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Eligible to work in the UK and obtain Government clearance (ILR required)
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality penetration tests for infrastructure, applications, and cloud security
- Work with client teams to research potential vulnerabilities
- Identify new and emerging attack vectors
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and unauthorized host discovery
- Analyze findings and provide actionable recommendations
- Create high-quality technical reports outlining risks
- Support clients during ongoing incidents
- Develop tooling, knowledge libraries, and policies for testing
- Author thought leadership papers and marketing materials
