Requirements
Must:
- Highly experienced Developer with expertise in Python
- Proficient in backend API development and modern data infrastructure
- Strong understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (currently using NextAuth/JWT)
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform and PostgreSQL; exposure to BigQuery is a plus
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
- Competence in automated testing and building pipelines with containers and automated quality checks
- Background in modern development practices and environments
- Experience working in a pragmatic startup and managing ambiguity

Responsibilities
- Support the design and development of scalable Python applications that power our AI-driven marketing platform
- Architect robust systems and guide our technical roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Champion engineering excellence by embedding best practices and driving innovation through clean code and collaboration
- Take ownership of key technical decisions and mentor a talented team of developers
- Work hand-in-hand with our CTO and senior leadership to bring bold ideas to life and solve meaningful problems
