- Existing CHECK Team Lead qualification and Team Lead experience.
- Strong client-facing and leadership skills to lead engagements and mentor testers at all levels.
- Extensive hands-on penetration testing expertise with deep technical mastery.
- Fluency in a wide range of security testing tools.
- Up-to-date understanding of modern technologies, threats, and security trends.
- Ability to translate vulnerabilities into real-world business risks, combined with strong reporting and presentation skills.
- Track record of growing and developing technical teams, including reviews, training plans, and career progression.
- A credible communicator who builds trust with clients and technical teams.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for penetration testing and mentoring teams across all skill levels.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and obtain Government clearance.

Responsibilities
- Lead and improve penetration testing methodologies, guiding project scoping and execution.
- Deliver high-quality penetration tests across infrastructure, applications, and cloud security assessments.
- Collaborate with client teams to research vulnerabilities and plan assessments.
- Conduct vulnerability scans and analyze findings, transforming them into actionable recommendations.
- Create high-quality technical reports, internal documentation, and methodologies for consistent testing outcomes.
- Provide technical presales support and contribute to thought-leadership content.
- Mentor and coach the technical team, fostering growth in knowledge and skills while supporting career development.
