Requirements
Must:
- 5 years experience working with ERP systems in a customer-facing role
- Strong ability to explain complex systems in an accessible way
- Proven track record in driving customer success and satisfaction
- Ability to spot patterns in data and convert them into actionable insights
- Excellent relationship-building skills with a natural ability to gain trust
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites nationwide
- Comfortable attending the office in Nottingham during the probation period before transitioning to a flexible work model
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and implementation for new SMB customers both remotely and on-site
- Deliver engaging training sessions (live, recorded, and in-person) that resonate with users
- Regularly travel to customer sites nationwide to build relationships and understand their workflows
- Analyze usage data to identify gaps, opportunities, and potential risks
- Advise customers on smarter workflows and optimal use of the ERP system
- Build real relationships that foster genuine appreciation from customers
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to share insights and suggestions
Description
We are building ERP software that helps small and medium-sized businesses operate more efficiently. As a Customer Success Specialist (SMB ERP), you will play a crucial role in guiding our customers from confusion to confidence. With a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 and a performance bonus, we offer a comprehensive benefits package. You will manage your own portfolio of customers, directly influencing their success through face-to-face interactions and in-depth understanding of their operations. Initially, youll spend time in our office near Nottingham to immerse yourself in our product and team, eventually transitioning to a flexible hybrid work model with regular travel to customer sites.
