Requirements
Must:
- Minimum age of 21 for insurance purposes
- 3 years of experience with Intruder Alarms (Preferred)
- 3 years of experience with IP CCTV (Preferred)
- 3 years of experience with Access and Entry Control systems (Preferred)
- Programming skills (Desired)
- Minimum 3 years recent experience installing, maintaining, and fault finding in Access and Entry Control systems, Emergency Call Systems, IP CCTV, and Intruder Alarms
- Excellent customer service skills
- Full, clean UK driving license
- Ability to learn and adapt to changing environments and products
- Great organisational skills, capable of working autonomously and as part of a team
- Compliance with NSI gold accreditation and security screening checks to BS7858:2019 standard
Responsibilities
- Lead junior engineers
- Carry out installation, maintenance, and support on a full range of security systems
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Intruder Alarms, Access Control, IP CCTV, and bespoke emergency call systems
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions
- Be willing to work primarily in the Southeast and London, with potential international opportunities
- Occasionally work away from home as part of a team
