Requirements
Must:
- 3 years experience in 2nd Line IT Support / IT Support Engineer role
- Experience supporting IT in manufacturing, production or factory environments
- Strong understanding of ITIL Incident, Change and Problem Management
- Experience with printers, mobile devices, AV and network troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Desirable: ITIL certification, Microsoft/vendor qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 2nd Line IT Support across factory and production systems
- Support end-user devices, mobile devices and printing hardware
- Manage incidents, service requests, changes and problem records (ITIL)
- Support VOIP telephony, AV equipment and network cabling
- Provide proactive IT maintenance, upgrades and patching
- Work directly with engineering teams and site leadership
- Ensure IT service availability in a live manufacturing environment
- Act as the primary IT Support contact on-site.

This on-site role is based in Anwick, Lincolnshire, supporting a large-scale manufacturing facility.
