Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a similar IT support or technician role (does not need to be MSP)
- Experience supporting PCs in an Active Directory environment
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Knowledge of system setup, configuration, software installation, and maintenance of company PC images
- Experience managing IT inventory, assets, and peripheral equipment
- Technical experience with mobile devices and meeting room technology
- 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Passion for IT – from gaming rigs to global networks
- Willingness to travel across UK sites, including overnight stays if required
Responsibilities
In this role, I will provide day-to-day in-house support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues. I’ll be responsible for setting up and configuring systems, maintaining company PC images, and supporting internal IT operations. Additionally, I will be involved in troubleshooting, technical upgrades, mobile device setups, and maintaining IT asset records to ensure that our employees have a seamless computing experience.
