Requirements
Must:
- I am seeking candidates with a strong infrastructure background, particularly in areas like Azure, networking, server infrastructure, or security.
- You should have experience designing solutions in large enterprises; SME exposure is a bonus.
- You must be able to translate complex technology into simple, compelling designs for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A proactive mindset is essential; I need someone who can lead workshops, solve challenges, and ensure smooth project delivery.
Responsibilities
- You will be part of a dynamic and close-knit team of 10 Solution Architects within a larger community of over 60 architects.
- Your role will involve designing cutting-edge IT infrastructure solutions that span networking, cloud, and on-prem systems, as well as service desk and infrastructure services.
- This is not a management role. You will have the opportunity to roll up your sleeves, craft designs, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver cost-effective, scalable, and secure solutions that align with our enterprise strategy.

- I am offering a salary of up to £80k along with a 10% bonus and a 6% pension plan.
- There is hybrid flexibility, allowing for 5 days a week in the office while considering school-run schedules.
