Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone who has experience supporting software systems, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with users and internal teams. You should be comfortable reading logs, querying databases, and communicating confidently with users. Additionally, you need experience with at least one of the following programming languages: C#, C++, VB.NET, or JavaScript.
Responsibilities
As a Software Support Engineer, you will move beyond basic support and work directly with developers to investigate bugs, write scripts, and contribute to real fixes. This role provides an ideal environment for you to sharpen your coding skills and progress toward a development career.
Description
This position is based in Beeston, where you will work in the office for the first six months before transitioning to a hybrid model, working three days per week from the office. We offer a salary of up to £40k, along with a bonus scheme and optional high-earning on-call support rota.
