Requirements
Must:
- Strong knowledge of Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure FrontDoor, Azure ADB2C, Azure SQL, and Azure API Management.
- Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
- Proficiency with Azure Backup and Site Recovery.
- Skills in Azure Cost Management and billing.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps pipelines.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Azure Cloud Infrastructure/DevOps Engineer, I am looking for someone who is not only skilled in the aforementioned technologies but also enjoys creating efficient, elegant, and well-documented technical solutions. You will be expected to be a team player, displaying curiosity, taking initiative, and contributing wherever possible while maintaining best practices and adhering to the Well-Architected Framework. You will play a crucial role in our large migration project, bringing our technical estate back in-house from a third party. This project will involve collaboration across various areas of the business, and you will have the opportunity to work on future projects, products, and solutions once this phase is completed.
Description
We are a small company of around 10 people based in Bedfordshire, and we are building a new engineering team. We heavily utilize Microsoft Azure for our cloud infrastructure, and we value a hybrid working policy which allows for 2 days in the office a week to facilitate collaboration.
