Must:
We are looking for a strong background in cloud engineering and architecture, particularly with AWS, and to a lesser extent, Azure. You should have experience with Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD, microservices, and event-driven design. It’s important for you to bring a sense of gravitas when engaging with C-Suite stakeholders while still enjoying hands-on technical work. We seek a collaborative leader who gets things done and embodies a pragmatic, professional, and direct approach.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead cloud strategy and architecture for major enterprise clients across sectors such as finance, tech, and consumer goods. You will support engineering teams with design, proof of concepts (PoCs), and provide hands-on technical leadership. A key part of your role will be balancing high-level client engagements with hands-on delivery. You will also take on internal responsibilities, which include mentoring and line management of up to four team members, contributing to hiring processes, and demonstrating thought leadership. You will need to adapt to various client needs, ranging from quick engagements to long-term transformations.
