Requirements
Must:
- 2–5 years of solid software engineering or integration experience
- Good knowledge of C#.NET, VB.NET, SQL, XML/JSON, web technologies, and Visual Studio
- Curiosity, initiative, and the confidence to work directly with clients
- An outgoing personality, eager to learn, grow, and progress
- A full UK driving licence (as you’ll be visiting sites)
- Bonus skills include knowledge of scripting (e.g., PowerShell), Git/GitHub, Microsoft SQL Management Studio, networking, servers, ERP or management systems like SAP or NetSuite, and familiarity with the automation industry
Responsibilities
- Build clever integrations that link customer ERP and reporting systems with on-site software
- Develop new approaches to make data flow smoother, particularly with APIs
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and create elegant software solutions
- Travel on-site (primarily UK, occasionally overseas) to commission projects and see your work in action
- Troubleshoot, fine-tune, and enhance systems that support factory operations
- Collaborate closely with teammates across the business to advance integrations
