Responsibilities
In this role, you will be hands-on and make a tangible impact from day one. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and delivering smart, creative, data-driven search and merchandising strategies.
- Tuning Algolia (or similar tools) to enhance relevancy.
- Shaping product listing pages, brand listings, and product ranking through AI-fueled logic.
- Owning experiments—conducting A/B tests, iterating, and proving the uplift.
- Identifying customer pain points and addressing them more effectively and efficiently.
- Presenting weekly trading insights with confidence.
- Engaging in significant digital projects, including next-generation AI features.
This role goes beyond business as usual; it’s about building, improving, testing, and taking ownership.
