Requirements
Must:
- Experience working in a tech-led environment (SaaS, eCommerce, logistics, platforms)
- Strong understanding of systems, integrations, and data flows
- Ability to operate across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Confidence to challenge, influence, and ask the right questions
- Natural ability to simplify complexity and bring clarity
- Background as a Senior/Lead Technical Business Analyst or Technical BA stepping into a broader, strategic role
- Product or Delivery experience with strong systems understanding

Description
We are offering a competitive salary of up to £75,000 plus a 10% bonus and a 10% employer pension contribution. Our working week consists of 35 hours, promoting a proper work-life balance, along with 1 day per month fully protected for your personal development.
