Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with TypeScript, browser developer tools, and modern testing frameworks (e.g. Cypress, Playwright, Selenium)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and performance testing tools
- Confidence working with Git-based workflows
- Experience leading or mentoring QA engineers
- Proactive approach to improving processes and preventing defects
- Excellent communication skills and detail-focused mindset
- Bonus: Experience with SQL and AWS (e.g. CloudWatch)
- Bonus: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and Atlassian tools
- Bonus: Exposure to modern frontend frameworks such as Vue.js
Responsibilities
- Define test cases in collaboration with product and engineering teams
- Ensure clarity in bug reporting and embed strong QA practices across the business
- Play a key role in release management by collaborating with engineering leadership
- Lead on automated testing initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of QA metrics and processes
- Support the team in delivering robust, scalable solutions
- Drive excellence across the release lifecycle and improve development processes
