Requirements
Must:
- 10+ years commercial experience in software engineering
- Expert-level C#/.NET (async/await, CancellationToken, IAsyncEnumerable)
- Strong concurrency/threading knowledge and performance mindset
- ASP.NET Core (APIs, background services)
- Blazor (Server and/or WASM)
- State management experience (ideally Redux.NET)
- Workflow/state machine experience (ideally Stateless)
- Comfortable reading/debugging C++ when issues cross boundaries
- Experience in complex systems (device integration, multi-service environments)
- Stronger C++ beyond debugging (nice-to-have)
- Experience with Docker/self-hosted deployments (nice-to-have)
- Device communications: MQTT, USB/Serial, CAN (nice-to-have)
- Regulated development exposure (e.g. IEC 62304 / ISO 13485), testing/traceability (nice-to-have)
Responsibilities
- Build high-performance Blazor applications and reliable backend services
- Work on a self-hosted SPA built in Blazor with Redux.NET
- Develop workflow-heavy services using state machines (Stateless)
- Solve real system problems beyond just building screens
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with development standards
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
