Requirements
Must:
- Solid experience working as a UX Designer beyond entry level
- Confidence owning UX decisions and explaining your thinking
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles
- Experience producing wireframes, prototypes and user flows
- Ability to balance user needs with technical and commercial constraints
- Clear communication with non-design stakeholders
- Experience working in product, tech or performance-led environments (nice to have)
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma or similar (nice to have)
- Experience collaborating closely with developers (nice to have)
- Exposure to analytics, CRO or usability testing (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Design clear, intuitive user journeys across our websites and digital products
- Own UX work from discovery through to delivery using research, data, and insight
- Work closely with Web Development, SEO, Paid Media, Content, and Operations
- Test ideas, iterate based on feedback, and continuously improve experiences
- Contribute to consistency and quality across our digital estate
Description
We are looking for a UX Designer who can take ownership of journeys and work confidently across teams. This position offers real autonomy and the chance to shape solutions that enhance our digital experiences. We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 to £50,000 DOE, a robust benefits package, and an environment that fosters ongoing learning and flexibility.
