Requirements
Must:
- University degree (or equivalent) in computer science or a related field
- Strong understanding of Epicor Kinetic Cloud ERP, with previous experience as a Developer or Systems Analyst (experience with other ERP systems may be beneficial)
- High proficiency in SSRS, REST API, KPIs, development, integration, and customization
- Solid understanding of ERP business processes including MRP, BoM, MoM, production, finance, warehousing, logistics, sales, marketing, and procurement
- Experience with ERP maintenance, support, and training
- Competence in project and stakeholder management
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Experience with CRM, SharePoint, and Power BI
- A practical, hands-on approach to strategic execution and implementation
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize the use of the Epicor Kinetic Cloud ERP system
- Enhance business processes and efficiency
- Assist in the Kinetic UX migration due for completion by May 2026
- Support ERP maintenance and provide training as needed
- Manage projects and stakeholder communications
- Collaborate with teams to improve overall ERP effectiveness
