Requirements
Must:
- Relevant networking, infrastructure and Microsoft qualifications (CCNA, JNCP, MCSA, VCP)
- Full clean manual UK driving license
- Experience managing Microsoft Azure & Office 365 including Conditional Access, Azure AD Connect, Exchange Online/Hybrid, SharePoint, Teams, Intune/Endpoint Manage
- Experience with public and private cloud such as AWS and Azure
- Experience maintaining and updating VMware vSphere and Hyper-V environments, including replication and failover
- Experience supporting FreePBX, Mitel, Gamma, Skype/Teams VOIP systems
- Experience with MDM, MFA, Email Filtering, Next Generation firewalls and antivirus solutions
- Installation and configuration of Windows Server
- Experience maintaining, updating, troubleshooting SAN devices; configuring iSCSI connectivity; managing and troubleshooting clusters
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting RDS, RemoteApp and Citrix environments (on-prem and cloud)
- Network troubleshooting at 3rd line; supporting Palo Alto, Sophos, FortiNet, Draytek, Juniper, Cisco firewalls
- Experience with Windows desktop, application, tablet and mobile device support
- Effective communication; methodical approach to diagnosis and documentation; independent research; organisation and prioritisation
- Continuous learning and development mindset
Responsibilities
- Deliver implementation projects that meet scope, budget, and time targets
- Produce clear, professional documentation to support both clients and internal teams
- Manage effective handovers to Service Delivery to ensure a seamless transition
- Implement new technologies that add real value to client environments
- Scope and plan successful projects
- Work on project delivery across on-premise and cloud environments
- Occasionally work evenings and weekends for project requirements
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication throughout all interactions
