Requirements
Must:
- Experience of maintaining the laptop estate via endpoint management software
- Knowledge of networking, including security and IT governance frameworks
- Working experience with IT project delivery
- Administration of Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
- PowerShell script writing and troubleshooting skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS
- Prior experience working independently on-site with minimal supervision
- CompTIA Network, ITIL 4, ISO27001 or similar certification
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, patching, and updates of the IT estate
- Conduct regular audits, reports, and risk assessments
- Provide technical support to end users across thin clients, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Manage user accounts, onboard, offboard, and manage permissions and access to internal and external systems
- Contribute to the completion of milestones associated with your IT projects
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and asset inventory
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes, including device setup and recovery
- Support meeting rooms, AV equipment, printers, and telephony systems
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on-site
