- Skills in data quality assurance and implementation of cleansing processes.
- Proficiency in data visualization techniques and tools to present data compellingly.
- Strong IT and mathematical skills, with experience in software such as MS Excel, Qlik, SQL, R, Python, QGIS, and Tableau.
- Proven ability to think logically and creatively to resolve problems in databases and data processes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize data to support service improvement and strategic development within the organization.
- Build collaborative relationships with colleagues at all levels and facilitate discussions to define needs and promote a data-informed culture.
- Actively participate in and advocate for data governance practices within the organization.
- Manage data effectively, ensuring compliance with standards and maintaining data dictionaries, while safeguarding privacy.
- Develop business intelligence architecture by collaborating with Data Engineers and Data Architects.
- Assist in data collection and validation processes to enhance user experience and data quality.
- Employ data visualization techniques to communicate complex information engagingly and understandably to various audiences.
- Utilize knowledge of IT and mathematical skills to approach data challenges and ensure information security.
