Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on delivery of AI agents/copilots and Power Platform and RPA solutions in production.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems and handling data/identity controls.
- Proven ability to turn ambiguous business needs into working AI agents and automations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with rapid iteration.
- Clear communicator who can explain trade-offs and make defensible technical choices.
- Disciplined engineering habits: testing, observability, documentation, and secure coding.
- Essential technical skills: Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft 365 & Graph, Power Platform, integration technologies, and Dev fundamentals.
- Desirable skills: Azure AI Foundry, RPA experience, scripting (PowerShell/Python), Power BI for analytics, and basic front-end skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and run AI-powered automations to improve speed, quality, and colleague experience.
- Engineer copilots, agents, and AI-first workflows on Microsoft platforms using enterprise data.
- Build secure, reliable copilots/agents in Copilot Studio, orchestrating tasks and integrations.
- Design retrieval-augmented (RAG) workflows using Azure OpenAI with relevant data connectors.
- Implement Power Automate flows and Power Apps as required, creating reusable components.
- Integrate with APIs, SharePoint, Teams, and other platforms while managing identity and permissions.
- Write testable solutions, instrument them for telemetry, and iterate based on user feedback.
- Apply security-by-design and maintain governance, including documentation and access controls.
- Partner with SMEs to map current and future processes, prioritizing automation opportunities.
- Track emerging features and mentor colleagues through sessions and code reviews.
