Requirements
Must:
- Deep experience in leading successful ServiceNow implementations and managing complex product backlogs.
- Previous experience within the Financial Services industry is highly desirable.

- Proactively identifying potential bottlenecks or project risks, and presenting clear, actionable solutions to senior leadership.
- Acting as the primary liaison for internal and client stakeholders, managing expectations with transparency and professional insight.
Description
We are a top-tier consulting firm looking for an experienced ServiceNow Delivery Manager to join a high-profile client on a 6-month contract basis in London. Youll work 2 days in the office and will have the opportunity to sit at the heart of the project, bridging the gap between technical excellence and client satisfaction. This role offers a competitive daily rate of £400 to £580 inside IR35, and we are dedicated to fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
