Requirements
Must:
- 6+ years of experience in backend Java development
- Experience in building and implementing large-scale systems
- Proficiency in Linux systems
- Strong expertise in Java backend development
- Mandatory experience with AI tooling
- Knowledge of HTTP and networking protocols
- Familiarity with Google Cloud (preferred) or AWS, Kubernetes
- Experience with GitHub (administration/operations) and GitLab is advantageous
- Git expert skills
- Data experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Build and implement large-scale backend systems
- Collaborate with various teams on projects
- Work on AI tooling as part of the development process
- Manage and streamline operations using GitHub and GitLab
- Ensure application security and identity management in solutions
- Develop robust, secure solutions for modern architectures
Description
We are Randstad Technologies, located in London, offering a 4-month contract role for a Backend Java Developer with the possibility of extension. Our team is focused on building and implementing innovative solutions, especially within AI tooling. We operate in a hybrid model, allowing flexibility with 2 days in the office each week.
