Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in cybersecurity with a focus on AI security technologies
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
- Familiarity with application security practices and vulnerabilities
- Experience with security assessments and red-teaming exercises
- Excellent leadership and mentorship skills
- Ability to communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure deployment patterns and guardrails for foundation models across AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft 365
- Develop innovative strategies to enhance application security, addressing risks like prompt injection, data leakage, and insecure output handling
- Translate platform-specific risks into actionable engineering patterns, focusing on Network Encryption and Identity Management
- Conduct rigorous security assessments and red-teaming exercises on AI-driven applications and AI Agents
- Lead the team through complex technical decisions, provide high-level problem-solving, and mentor junior members on modern security principles
- Work closely with AI Engineers and Data Scientists to integrate security into the LLM lifecycle (RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, and inference)

We are seeking a high-caliber Cybersecurity Specialist to join our expanding AI & Data Security team. This is a critical role within our AI Security programme that requires a professional who thrives at the intersection of traditional infrastructure security and the emerging frontier of Generative AI. Our company is at the forefront of AI adoption, and you will be the technical lead ensuring that technologies from AWS Bedrock to Azure OpenAI are implemented with world-class security standards.
