Requirements
Must:
- Experience mentoring or supporting young people, ideally within an educational or alternative provision setting.
- Must live within commuting distance of the WS7 area.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is mandatory.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Provide one-to-one support for a young person engaged in an Alternative Education Provision.
- Assist in the young persons development and engagement in their education journey.
- Support the transition towards attending a school setting in September 2026.
- Facilitate one 2-hour session per week, held on Mondays in the WS7 area.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Youth Mentor to join our team. We offer a rate of £30 per hour for this role, where you will play a vital part in supporting a young persons educational journey. Our team is committed to making a difference in the lives of young individuals who require additional support to thrive in an educational setting.
