Senior Business Analyst

- Lead end-to-end high or low-level requirements for complex initiatives, selecting and tailoring techniques based on project stage and delivery method - Produce and assure high-quality outputs, including service models and RFI/RFQ documents - Define scope and success criteria; maintain traceability from scope to requirements and test evidence - Enhance organisational efficiency by refining business processes and systems requirements - Develop and implement effective solutions aligned with business goals - Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder alignment while handling conflict and competing priorities - Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure clear communication on project objectives - Create and validate data flows and information models, collaborating with data architects and engineers - Oversee prototyping and wireframing for new systems implementations, ensuring specifications meet user needs - Mentor junior analysts to support their career progression and skill development - Stay updated on technological trends and innovations for continuous improvement - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in project delivery
