Requirements
Must:
- Strong customer resolution experience
- Excellent communication skills
- An open mind and willingness to learn new technology
- Experience with fault management (desirable)
- Some SQL script knowledge (desirable)
- Knowledge of IT Hardware (desirable)
- Experience with building and repairing computers (desirable)
- Proficiency in MS Office and remote access tools (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Provide telephone support, first-line fault finding and investigations
- Utilize the InView Fault Management system to record issues and provide updates to affected clients
- Generate and analyze system performance reports to proactively identify issues and opportunities for system optimization
- Undertake appropriate training for equipment and systems as and when necessary, including formal and on-the-job training
- Work closely with the team in an office-based environment (with potential for hybrid working further down the line)

We are Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, and we are seeking a dedicated and proactive 1st Line Support to join our Traffic Enforcement team in Leicester. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient running of all hardware, software, and services related to the Digital Enforcement Solution. We offer a six-month contract with a pay rate of £13.84 per hour. Join us and be part of a team responsible for manual monitoring, first-line fault finding, and investigations, contributing to the smooth operation of our systems.
