Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or in a similar role.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A portfolio showcasing your best work.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to create user-friendly content that enhances the overall user experience.
- Develop and maintain a consistent voice and tone across all user touchpoints.
- Write clear, concise, and compelling microcopy, UI text, and user guides.
- Conduct user research and testing to ensure content meets user needs and expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our content strategy.
