Requirements
Must:
- Degree or IT Qualification
- Strong understanding of LAN and WAN technologies including TCP/IP and DNS
- Experience with supporting Microsoft server products
- 2nd and 3rd line support experience
- Prior experience of working in public sector or NHS
Responsibilities
- Manage 2nd and 3rd line technical support
- Set up and fix central Windows servers
- Manage digital platforms to facilitate remote work for staff
- Address system alerts and maintain security software
- Ensure all servers have the latest security updates installed
Description
We are a high-profile public sector organization seeking an experienced Technical Support Analyst to join our dedicated IT team within a leading healthcare provider in Norfolk. This is a 3-month contract position, offering £25.21 per hour for 5 days on-site work each week. We value strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
