Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering or related disciplines. You must possess mandatory proficiency in Python, with experience in implementing substantial tools or services using it strongly preferred. Additionally, you should have proficiency in the administration, integration, and API capabilities of SaaS platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian products, and Slack. Familiarity with Linux and comfort navigating the command line, including reading and interpreting application logs, is essential. Linux systems administration experience is preferred. You should also be familiar with authentication and provisioning methods like SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and non-standard API-based workflows, with experience in client-side SSO integrations in software applications being a preference. Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management tools like Terraform and SaltStack is also highly preferred.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will develop tools and automations to support IT processes and other internal teams. You will administer and ensure the smooth operation of key productivity tools, including Slack and Google Workspace. Your responsibilities will also include designing, implementing, and maintaining new integrations between the productivity platform and other internal systems, which involves managing user lifecycles in LDAP, integrating SSO and SCIM for new SaaS additions, and integrating asset management tooling. You will manage employee lifecycle practices and automations, document systems architecture, processes, and best practices. Additionally, you will break down complex projects, iterate on solutions, and communicate progress to a variety of leads and internal stakeholders.
