Requirements
Must:
We require a Software Training Manager with 5 years of experience in delivering software training or technical education. You should have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design. Experience with eLearning tools (such as Articulate, Camtasia, or Captivate) or LMS platforms is essential. We expect technical proficiency in SaaS platforms, CRM tools, or data systems, along with excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills. You should be able to work independently while managing multiple training streams and possess a growth mindset with a passion for learning and teaching. Experience building training programs in a global or cross-functional setting is also desirable.
Responsibilities
As the Software Training Manager, I will lead the design and delivery of hands-on workshops, self-paced courses, and live training sessions. I will translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical instructions and collaborate with product and engineering teams to stay ahead of feature updates. Additionally, I will create scalable learning resources, such as videos, guides, and interactive content. Mentoring junior trainers and contributing to team development will be an essential part of my role. I will gather and apply feedback to improve training content and delivery and present confidently in both virtual and in-person settings, building trust with learners of all skill levels. Furthermore, I will support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives across departments.
