Must:
We are looking for an expert ServiceNow Solution Architect with in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform. You need to be a subject matter expert and demonstrate expert proficiency in ServiceNow.
Responsibilities
Core responsibilities include:
- Providing oversight of Technical Governance across the ServiceNow platform.
- Enforcing coding standards across existing teams and external resources.
- Documenting and providing solutions for High-Level Design artifacts.
- Acting as an escalation point for issues and development blockers.
- Proactively identifying and logging improvement opportunities for the business.
- Contributing to platform health management.
- Supporting technical triage of major issues when required.
Description
You will be responsible for translating client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions. Collaboration and effective team management are crucial, as is engaging with both business and technical teams from across the organization to contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams will be essential.
