We are looking for a highly skilled IT professional with excellent customer service skills, proven experience in a busy IT support environment, and hands-on experience in supporting both PC (Windows) and Mac systems. You should demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and have the technical proficiency required to troubleshoot diverse issues effectively.
Responsibilities
In this role as an LTS Senior Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end user support and device management, offering both 1st and 2nd line support efficiently and professionally. You will manage and support user needs related to audio-visual equipment while overseeing IT asset management, including tracking and provisioning new IT assets for users. Additionally, you will collaborate as the local point of support, utilizing assistance from various specialist technical and project teams across our organization.
