Must:
We are looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist with hands-on experience in a busy environment. You should have a strong understanding of supporting both Mac and Windows users, along with the following essential skills:
- Hands-on experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in moving equipment and cable management
- Experience in PC and Mac support
- Ability to manage IT assets effectively
- Experience in onboarding new users
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Mac devices
- Prior experience working in a busy IT environment
Responsibilities
As our IT Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by serving as the main point of contact for all IT needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering IT support to end users in a small, dynamic team
- Assisting with the onboarding of new users
- Managing IT assets and ensuring everything is organized and functioning well
- Troubleshooting issues with Mac devices and providing support for Windows users
- Contributing to a supportive and efficient IT environment
Description
This is a 6-month contract position, offering £140 a day and is based in Newcastle, requiring you to be on-site 5 days a week.
