Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform technologies, specifically Service Cloud
- Ability to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions
- Experience in object-oriented design patterns and data modeling
- Proficiency in technical artifacts such as Data Model ERD, System Landscape, Integration Orchestration, Design Process Flows, Sequence Diagrams, etc.
- Strong understanding of on-premise and cloud architectural design patterns
- Foundational understanding of mobile application development and design principles
- Mandatory skills: Aura, Salesforce Apex, Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Visual Force
Responsibilities
- Translate complex requirements into architectural blueprints
- Remain hands-on with the code to address short-term fixes and long-term strategic needs
- Work effectively with clients to understand their requirements
- Design solutions that meet both short- and long-term needs
- Generate and maintain technical documentation covering functional use cases and technical implementation
