Salesforce Business Analyst

- Excellent knowledge and proven expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, FSL, CRMA analytics, IFFMAN, PLM, and Salesforce CPQ. - Experience in evaluating current data models. - Familiarity with development tools and processes to aid in formulating use cases and designing project requirements. - Ability to coordinate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. - Experience conducting workshops and discussions with business owners to understand existing processes, pain points, and ideal state scenarios. - Skills in defining process optimization opportunities and maintaining a roadmap and backlog. - Capability to create configurable solutions, including workflows, reports, custom objects, and validation rules. - Experience in managing various Salesforce projects, including gathering information, planning, and executing projects. - Proficiency in formulating and maintaining Salesforce solution documentation (e.g., process flows, data models, and technical specifications). - Ability to work with the design team to ensure that significant business operations are addressed. - Experience in educating and promoting CRM standard procedures to ensure the solutions produced align with the business's overall strategy and ethos. - Familiarity with the backlog grooming process, including attributes review and approval processes. - Skills in planning and monitoring scope, ensuring needs are within the Statement of Work (SOW) and communicating any variances for inclusion in the change control process. - Experience assisting the product owner in defining value and priority and selecting scope for upcoming releases and sprints. - Strong functional grasp of business requirements and project solutions.
