In this role, I will rely on you to be responsible for all testing activities aligned to our portfolio and to collaborate with all stakeholders to achieve high-quality deliverables. You'll work closely with development teams and product teams to drive improvements in overall quality, automation, and testing processes and techniques. Implementing portfolio solutions for automation and testing with a DevOps mindset will be key to your success. You need to understand our platforms and applications, adhering to program test principles and exception testing, while keeping test suites lean. It is important for you to fully understand the platform roadmap and quality priorities, enabling you to proactively envision scalable, resilient, and high-performing solutions, while identifying reusability at the platform level to drive tooling and overall delivery strategy. You will also support our CI/CD capabilities for the portfolio, working with enterprise teams to enhance these capabilities and metrics at the enterprise level, driving best practices and standards, including root cause analysis. Setting and managing product quality standards and metrics for the platform and maintaining and reporting metrics at the portfolio level will also be part of your responsibilities. You will identify patterns, gaps, risks, and opportunities from these metrics to drive innovation and improvement, conducting platform trend analysis. Lastly, you will partner with the team to identify project portfolio challenges and escalate as needed, upholding quality standards to ensure an excellent customer experience through seamless, robust, and resilient journeys across platforms. Maintaining a healthy and efficient CI/CD pipeline, driving the strategy and governance of automation and testing in a CI/CD environment, and ensuring adherence to development pipeline standards will be critical as well.
