Requirements
Must:
- 5 years experience in Mobile RAN design (Mandatory)
- Specific experience with Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson, or DAS (Mandatory)
- A track record in major projects within airports, rail, transport, or emergency services environments (Preferred)
- Ability to resolve complex technical threats and challenge status quo when necessary
Responsibilities
- Develop site-specific 4G/5G RAN and DAS solutions
- Identify appropriate transmission and capacity requirements, including Neutral Host and Femto products
- Manage the full lifecycle from new product trials to decommissioning
- Work with vendors and internal partners to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery

We are seeking a Network Design Specialist to join our Mobile Networks team, where we focus on creating bespoke RAN solutions for complex environments like stadiums, transport hubs, tunnels, and major events. This is a full-time position based in Birmingham, Bristol, or London, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
