Requirements
Must:
- Strong expertise in technical solutions within specific technology areas
- Ability to autonomously create and implement solutions for domains or portfolios of work
- Experience in providing technical quality assurance and guidance to other engineers
- Proficiency in identifying opportunities to improve standards of practice within projects
- Skills in delivering complex problem resolutions with high impact
Responsibilities
- I will create and implement technical solutions across domains, understanding their impact internally and externally.
- I will provide technical quality assurance over the work of other engineers while working within a matrix team structure.
- I will offer sound technical expertise to consult on significant components of technical solutions.
- I will continuously identify and implement opportunities to enhance standards of practice within projects.
- I will resolve complex, cross-domain problems that could significantly affect our customers.
Description
The purpose of this role is to deliver the overall network design authority for our network platform and/or customer solutions. I will drive efficiency and scalability by reusing network designs and managing ongoing operations across our network platform. Acting as a technical ambassador for our company, I will provide expert consulting to customers at both platform and overall solution levels. This role involves deciding on design scope and the overall network architecture, as well as estimating the necessary resources, cost implications, and time durations for deliverables.
